If you then, who are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will the heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!”

Wrapping up this encounter on prayer, Jesus reminds us that we have the greatest Father with the greatest love Who gives the greatest gift - The Holy Spirit. Not only is He the ultimate example that God is good and wants to give; He continues to help us grow in prayer. He is the Gift who keeps on giving: life, comfort, strength, wisdom, courage - all we need. What an awesome, loving Father we have!
