God is spirit, and those who worship him must
worship in spirit and truth.” (John 4:24)
Our view of God is often far too small. When Jesus was speaking to the Samaritan woman at the well, she was fixed on a god that was worshiped on the mountain behind her. Like many people, to her God is limited to certain times, places and situations. Not at all. God is infinite in so many ways. He is always there, always cares, and always able to handle what our real needs are. He is overwhelming in His perfect character, too great to be ignored.
