Solomon is not saying to just enjoy your wife when you are young. The thrust of the verb is to keep on enjoying her year after year, never ceasing to find joy in her. Today I rejoice in celebrating another birthday of the wife of my youth. Thankful for a lifetime of love with my beautiful bride...
